Amiable atmosphere is provided by the hotel, housekeeping staff is required to show a friendly attitude to guests and visitors who come to the hotel by applying smiles, greetings and being alert in providing services.

• Security

 Security is the main thing needed by guests here housekeeping has responsibility for the safety of guests and guest belongings while staying at the hotel.

• Appealing

Creating attractive hotel areas and guest rooms is one of the critical things housekeeping does to attract guests to visit and stay at the hotel. This goal also aims to make guests feel like they are living in their home (Home away from home).
